My Father Took HVAC Training

My Father took his HVAC training years ago and says that the field has changed quite a bit since then; he says that there are many different careers in HVAC now, but there is a real need for HVAC technicians and engineers. He is trying to get my son to consider taking HVAC training, and has even offered him a career with his company when he gets out of school. At first, my son was not interested in HVAC at all, now he is starting to change his mind. That is because he actually did some research into the field of HVAC, and he likes what he sees. I think that it would be great if my son would take HVAC training; however, I am going to let him make up his own mind so he will be happy with whatever field he chooses-I know he will not be happy if I am the one to decide for him.
