1982 Wine: It is Fragrant
January 26th 2012 -
A young person would not buy a 1982 wine simply because he thinks that it is expired. For a wine connoisseur like you, you value wines that are at least twenty years of age. You love the fragrance of the wine. There are people out there who would not appreciate the fragrance of the wine. They do not think that it is fragrant. They think that it is false fragrance because bacteria have already killed the flavor of the wine. Well, this kind of belief will obviously lead to a misunderstanding. Actually, this misunderstanding would establish the difference between an alcohol drinker and a wine connoisseur. If you think that a 1982 wine is fragrant, then you can perhaps call yourself a wine connoisseur. If you think that a 1982 wine is stinky or weird, then you can probably settle for a fresh glass of beer instead. Still, why don’t you try out the wine? See if it makes any difference to you.
